Transcripts

Current Students

Official transcript requests for college admissions must be completed through the student’s SchooLinks account.

In SchooLinks, students can:

  • Access unofficial transcripts
  • Send transcripts to the NCAA
  • Request official transcripts for colleges, universities, scholarships, and other approved organizations

Please note:

  • Transcripts are updated at the end of each semester. GPAs are also updated at that time.
  • Transcripts display only the student’s weighted GPA.
  • Transcripts do not include ACT, SAT, or End-of-Course Assessment scores.
  • Transcripts display all earned diploma seals.

Graduates Within the Last Two School Years

If you graduated from Dublin City Schools within the last two school years, please contact Laura Frazee and include your name, date of birth, and the address or organization where the transcript should be sent.

Graduates More Than Two School Years Ago

If it has been more than two school years since you graduated from Dublin City Schools, transcript requests must be submitted through Parchment, the district’s digital credential service. Transcript requests may take up to 72 hours to process.

Please note: If you did not graduate from Dublin City Schools, your transcript will not be available through Parchment. If you need a record of attendance, please contact the Enrollment Center.
