  Graduation News and Notes  

  • Thu, April 3 & Fri, April 4 - Cap, Gown and Tassel Distribution in the Commons 10:30 AM-2:30 PM.  Students without a cap, gown and tassel can order by contacting Buckeye Scholastic at 330.631.4741 or online  at https://buckeyescholastic.com/dublincoffman/
  • Friday, April 4 - Senior Class Meeting during 4th period*  (10:40 AM - 11:30 AM) in the PAC.   Coffman administrators will discuss the upcoming senior activities and the expectations for seniors as we finish out the school year.    This has been approved by Emerald Campus and Tolles.  Attendance for ALL seniors is highly encouraged.   *Note: Time changed to 4th period.

  • Wednesday, April 23 - Dublin City Schools Local Scholarship Awards Program - Emerald Campus 7:00 PM  By Invitation Only - RSVP is due electronically by Friday, April 18th.

  • Friday, April 25 - Deadline to order Graduation Banner @www.MyGradBanner.com PTO Fundraiser.  See attached flyer.  Ready for pick-up Thursday, May 8th  in the Main Office, enter through door #8.
  • Senior Parent Packets with all the spring and graduation activities information will be mailed to all senior households via US Mail.
  • Thursday, May 15 - Senior Academic Awards Program – DCHS PAC 7:00 PM By Invitation Only - RSVP is due electronically by Wednesday, May 7th.
  • Wednesday, May 21 - MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal – DCHS Main Gym Arrive by 9:45 AM, students are to be seated by 10:00 AM.   Graduates MUST attend the practice to participate in the commencement ceremony.  
  • Sunday, May 25, 2025 at 7:30 PM - Commencement Ceremony at The Jerome Schottenstein Center, 555 Borror Drive, Columbus, OH  43210.  Graduates must arrive by 6:30 PM.   At this time, it is open seating for guests and no tickets are required.  Handicap seating is available.  Schottenstein Center staff will assist guests upon arrival.   Please allow sufficient time for parking and traffic.  One parking voucher will be provided to each graduate at the rehearsal on 5/21/25.

Google Drive Transfer

Your Dublin Schools Google Account will become inactive after June 30th. Please use the guide to move your Google Drive files to a personal account.

Theme:  Atlantis: A Dream Beneath The Waves

                Tickets will be sold online via HomeTown Tickets,  April 7-25th  Tickets are $35.00 per person. 

                Guest information is included in the ticketing process.    No tickets will be sold at the door.

Friday, May 16 - PTO Sponsored: Coffman Senior Class Event –  Casino Carnival

7:30-11:00 PM at DCHS. Reservations  $25.00 per student are due April 17th via Hometown Ticketing.  For 2025 DCHS Graduates only. See attached flyer for details. Parent volunteers and prize donations are needed.  Sign up links can be found on the attached form and in Coffman e-news.
