Scheduling

2025-26 Scheduling Season Begins Wednesday, January 8th

Students will meet individually out of math classes for advisement with counselors beginning on January 15th. ALL schedule requests are due by January 31, 2025.

Teacher conversations with students regarding future placement is instrumental in this process.  The Master Schedule is built around these requests. Student requests determine teacher assignments, textbooks and budget decisions for next school year. Please take a few moments to see if your students are selecting the next appropriate course within your content sequence.

Scheduling materials will be distributed to students during English class. Students will receive hard copies of course offerings and a planning sheet to outline their 2025-26 schedule. A special thank you to the English Department who will distribute materials and donate class time for schedule collection later this month.

Credit Check for 2023 & Beyond

It is the responsibility of each student to see that requirements for graduation, college articulation, and athletic eligibility are met. Counselors will review all JUNIOR transcripts in the Fall to verify that each student is on track for graduation.

Schedule Change Request Form

Please note that class sections and staffing were set last Spring based upon student scheduling requests at that time. Making a schedule change now is very difficult because classes are staffed and at or near capacity.  Consequently, a schedule change request may NOT be able to be made.

*** IMPORTANT DEADLINES - 2nd Semester ***

To make a schedule change request: Download and complete the Schedule Change Request Form and email it to your Guidance Counselor or drop-off in the Guidance Office. We encourage all students to have conversations with their parents/guardians regarding any schedule change.
